Returns are accepted, as long as the items you are returning are in the same condition in which you received them, i.e., in their original sealed and undamaged packaging; and are accompanied by the retail receipt or invoice. When returning an item, you must send e-mail to email@example.com in order to agree on the return process. Once your request to return an item has been approved, ship the package to us following the indications provided. You may return an item within fifteen (15) days following its date of delivery. Five (5) days should be allowed for postage, so please make sure your item is posted within 10 days of receipt. Make sure to include your order number and name.
We may refund you the products after they are sent back to us (at your own expenses) within 15 days. After we receive the goods and check their conditions, we will refund you via Alpha Bank. Please consult Returns Restrictions paragraph.
Items must be returned within 15 days as of the date of purchase. Before returning any item(s) to us, you must first receive approval from our Customer Service Department. To do so please contact our Customer Service Department to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Items that have been washed or worn cannot be returned or exchanged. All returned items undergo inspection. Any item(s) found ineligible is/are returned to you. So that you may avoid any unnecessary inconvenience, we recommend that you thoroughly inspect the items you have purchased as soon as you receive them, checking the condition the purchased items are in, for signs of damage to the packaging and for any visible indications of potential problems (e.g., wrong item, etc).
